The weekend edition #1

Over the weekend we had some beautiful weather so thought we would make the most of it and go out for the day with Maisie our pup. Life gets so hectic with work and doing up the house at the moment so it was nice to take a day off to ourselves. Firstly we started off with some brunch, and it was delicious!



Of course this was mine - maple syrup and bacon pancakes!

We then took Maisie on a long walk in the countryside, it was so nice to get out in the fresh air and walk off brunch.

On our way back we came across the most beautiful gardens, we are just making a start on our new garden and this is major inspiration. We are planning to go for a country garden as we live right out in the country now. There will be a blog post to follow! This is the first of my weekend edition and I thought I would start doing these on a regular basis to show you what we get up to. I personally love seeing what other people do in their spare time and being nosy.
